How will the session be structured?

🔹Interview: We’ll start with a casual and friendly conversation in a relaxed environment, to discuss your current life situation. We will talk about yourself, goals, questions, and any issues you’d like to address.  We ask you to bring in a list of 10 to 15 questions you would like an answer to.

🔹Hypnosis: I’ll guide you into a deep state of relaxation, where your subconscious mind becomes accessible.  

🔹Exploration: Together, we’ll explore past lives, current life patterns, and connect with your Higher Self for answers and healing.  

🔹Healing: Your Higher Self can provide insights, release blockages, and facilitate physical or emotional healing.  

🔹Debrief: We will sit together and talk about the session while enjoying a light snack 😋. 

How long does the session go for and other related information?

A QHHT session typically lasts 3-5 hours, including the interview, hypnosis, and post-session discussion, I will also ask you to wear comfortable clothing, eat something lite and not to consume any caffeine prior to your session. You’ll remain in control throughout the process, and I’ll be there to guide and support you every step of the way.  

What to expect after the session?

Every journey is unique, and it’s important to give yourself time to process and integrate the experience.

Caring for Yourself After Your Session

Lana recommends taking a few days to rest and recover gently. Here are a few ways to support yourself:

🔹Stay Hydrated – Drink plenty of water (ideally 2-3 liters a day) to assist your body in processing the energetic shifts.

🔹Listen to Your Body – You may feel tired, even the next day, as your body and mind adjust. Rest is essential and allows deeper healing to continue.

🔹Ground Your Energy – After your session, Lana will offer light snacks and drinks to help you feel balanced before you head home.

🔹Avoid Listening to Your Recording Immediately – Your session will be recorded and emailed to you. It’s best to wait until you’re in a quiet, private space to listen and reflect, rather than on the way home.

Maximizing Your Healing Experience

Your session is a gift that keeps unfolding, and you may continue to receive healing insights, especially over the next three days during sleep. Here’s how to deepen your connection to the messages received:

  • Listen to Your Recording Often – The more you listen, the more insights and healing will emerge. Many people find it helpful to transcribe their session so they can read along.

  • Trust Your Intuition – You may feel a need for solitude or reflection. Honor what feels right for you.

  • Follow Any Guidance Given – Your Higher Self may have offered recommendations for your well-being. Following them can help solidify your healing and personal growth.

  • Allow the Experience to Integrate – It’s normal to wonder if you “made it all up.” However, as you witness shifts in your mind, body, and emotions, you’ll come to realize the depth of healing that has taken place.
