By Booking any of our services , you acknowledge that you have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. You voluntarily and knowingly agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
Please read the following terms carefully before participating in any of our services.
Voluntary Participation: You are voluntarily participating in the services offered by Infinity Body Mind Spirit, including but not limited to EMSzeo Sessions, Weight Loss and management, Dry Cupping, Hypnosis, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), Reiki, Energy Healing, Sound Healing, Meditation, and Yoga classes (collectively referred to as "the Activities"). These Activities may be offered at our physical location or agreed location by all parties involved.
Health and Wellness Acknowledgment: You affirm that you are in adequate physical and mental health to participate in the Activities. You understand that some Activities may require intense physical or mental exertion and confirm that you are fit to participate without any medical condition that would prevent your full involvement. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider prior to participating in the Activities.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in the Activities could result in various risks, including but not limited to:
Emotional or psychological discomfort
Intensification of existing emotions
Physical sensations or discomfort
Release of stored emotions
High blood pressure, fainting, heartbeat disorders
Physical injury, heart attack, stroke
Aggravation of pre-existing conditions
You understand your physical and mental limitations and are sufficiently self-aware to stop or modify your participation in any Activity before you become injured or exacerbate a pre-existing condition.
Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or treatments that may affect their participation in our service
Release and Waiver: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activities, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that you might incur as a result of participating in the Activities, including those that may result from the negligence of Infinity Body Mind Spirit, Lana Shomali, or any of their employees, independent contractors, or assistants (collectively referred to as "the Released Parties"). You knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim you may have against the Released Parties for any injury or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating in the Activities.
Confidentiality: All client information is kept confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, except as required by law.
Code of Conduct: We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
Payment Terms
Fees: Service fees are detailed on our website and are subject to change. The applicable fee is the one in effect at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.
Insurance: Our services are not covered by insurance. Clients are responsible for full payment at the time of service.
Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We require at least one week's (7 days) notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the appointment may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session's cost.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of Western Australia, and all actions, suits, claims, and proceedings relating to this agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Western Australia.
