Whether you’re new to these practices or have years of experience, these sessions are a safe, welcoming space to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with your inner self.
What to Expect
Yoga: Move your body with ease through gentle, grounding postures to help you release tension, find balance and anchor yourself in the present moment.
Meditation: Enjoy a guided meditation to help you breathe deeply and quiet your mind as you embrace the power of stillness and presence.
Sound Bath: Let the resonant tones of crystal bowls, and chimes wash over you, bringing profound relaxation to your body and mind.
🧘Bring: A bottle of water, a cushion, a blanket, a yoga mat and most importantly, your beautiful self.
Note: We can provide yoga mats and block if needed, please let us know prior to the session

Limitations and Considerations
While our sessions are designed to be safe and gentle, we do not recommend participation if any of the following applies to you:
Severe Physical Limitations or Injuries
If you have severe physical injuries or conditions that limit movement or require medical clearance for exercise, please consult your healthcare provider before attending. Modifications can be made, but certain poses may still be challenging.
Pregnancy (Especially First & Third Trimester)
Pregnant individuals are welcome but should proceed with caution, especially during the first trimester. Some poses and sound frequencies may not be advisable, please consult your health care provider prior to attending and please let us know in advance so we can offer appropriate modifications.
Implanted Medical Devices
If you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical devices, the vibrations from the sound bath may interfere. Please check with your doctor beforehand.
